Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to hotel-standard quality.
- Strip and make beds according to strict linen quality standards.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and woodwork.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents and visitors at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability for full-time shifts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
