- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to 5-star standards
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all supplies are fully stocked
- Operate industrial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering team
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety regulations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocks
- Collaborate with housekeeping team for room turnover optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices preferred
