Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes using property management software.
- Operations Support: Answer multi-line phones, direct calls, and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Shift Management: Monitor building access, manage key cards, and oversee security protocols during shifts.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, revenue, and security incidents.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available for shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with property management systems (PMS).
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and high-volume environments.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
