What You Will Do:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and inquiries promptly.
- Assist with package handling, mail distribution, and concierge requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, including verification of identity and payment.
- Answer incoming calls with a professional tone and redirect to the appropriate department.
- Handle package deliveries, mail, and faxes in a timely manner.
- Assist with concierge requests, including local recommendations and directions.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
- Perform light administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
