Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces according to brand standards
- Execute detailed cleaning protocols including sanitizing high-touch surfaces, restocking amenities, and proper linen management
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (floor buffers, extractors, etc.)
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocks as needed
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with OSHA and CDC standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and coverage
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) with consistent attendance
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift 25+ pounds, and climb stairs
- Valid US work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot and address cleanliness issues
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
