Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Make beds and replace linens according to strict hotel standards and guest preferences.
- Stock and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) in guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them promptly to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assignments within the scheduled shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
