Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are fully stocked and presented beautifully.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding chemical handling and waste disposal.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with guests and colleagues at all times.
- Adhere to time management schedules to ensure efficient turnover of rooms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
