Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are fresh and folded neatly according to the luxury brand standard.
- Stock amenities in guest suites and replenish supply closets as needed.
- Report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or dirty carpets, to the Engineering department immediately.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Organize storage closets and keep work areas tidy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
