Responsibilities
- Maintain Cleanliness Standards: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and common areas to ensure a welcoming and sanitary environment.
- Room Preparation: Strip and make beds, change linens, dust furniture, and ensure all amenities are stocked and pristine.
- Sanitation & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and waste disposal.
- Guest Satisfaction: Interact professionally with guests and staff, promptly addressing any maintenance issues or special requests.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report the need for cleaning supplies and amenities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting dust, stains, or maintenance needs.
- Reliability: Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Basic English language skills required for reporting and interaction.
