Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, assisting with check-in, check-out, and luggage handling to ensure a seamless arrival experience.
- Front Office Operations: Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and managing room reservations accurately.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, maintain accurate daily logs, and ensure all guest files are up-to-date and organized.
- Security & Safety: Monitor building security systems and access control, ensuring the safety and privacy of all guests and staff.
- Coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standard before guest arrival.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a fluency in English; bilingual abilities (Spanish) are highly valued.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in MS Office suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Professionalism: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
