As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. You will manage reservations, process transactions, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure our guests feel valued and well-cared for. Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
- Operations Management: Accurately process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and manage room assignments.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Brand Standards: Uphold the hotel's aesthetic and operational standards, maintaining a pristine lobby and public areas.
- Concierge Services: Assist guests with local dining, transportation, and entertainment recommendations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in front desk operations or a similar guest service role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
