Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and guest rooms.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to ensure property readiness.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems to ensure guest safety.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- No prior hospitality experience necessary; training provided.
