Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize residential properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Manage inventory and restock essential supplies (linens, toiletries, cleaning products)
- Perform detailed laundry services including ironing and garment care
- Adapt cleaning protocols to meet specific client preferences and seasonal requirements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols while working in private residences
- Coordinate with property managers for maintenance scheduling and special requests
- Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices and sustainable resource management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs consistently throughout shift
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using commercial-grade cleaning equipment and products
- Fluency in English; bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
