Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Execute deep cleaning tasks: carpet care, upholstery cleaning, and window washing
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, ironing, and proper garment storage
- Organize and restock household supplies while maintaining inventory logs
- Adhere to eco-friendly cleaning protocols and sustainable product standards
- Coordinate with property managers and clients to schedule cleaning services
- Report maintenance issues and ensure all areas meet client satisfaction standards
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries in private residences
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience in high-end residential settings
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background and reference checks
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Proficiency with commercial cleaning equipment and green-certified products
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including some weekends and holidays
