Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness in guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including carpet care, upholstery cleaning, and window treatments
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen with precision
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety standards
- Coordinate with maintenance team for room readiness and special requests
- Execute turnarounds between guests ensuring 5-star standards
- Report maintenance issues and guest feedback promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products preferred
