Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency are met at all times.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel's P&L, develop and execute annual budgets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary liaison for VIP guests and resolve complex complaints to ensure 100% guest satisfaction scores.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a culture of engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to drive occupancy rates and promote the hotel’s unique offerings to the Dallas market.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health codes and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to large groups.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
