Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors during the night shift.
- Make beds and replace linens to hotel standards.
- Restock guest amenities, including toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and hotel sanitation protocols.
- Report any guest requests or incidents to the Front Desk or Supervisor immediately.
- Ensure the security and safety of hotel property and guest privacy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for shifts.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
