Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations including front desk, housekeeping, culinary, and maintenance departments.
- Manage the P&L, ensuring profitability through strategic revenue management and cost control.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and drive revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of hospitality professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, vendors, and the community.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
