The Opportunity:
As the General Manager, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for the overall success of the hotel. We offer a dynamic environment where your leadership directly influences our guest satisfaction scores and bottom-line results.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations to ensure seamless and luxurious guest experiences.Manage the hotel's financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team of diverse professionals.Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth.Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards.Foster strong relationships with local partners, community stakeholders, and corporate leadership.Handle high-level guest inquiries and resolve complex issues with grace and efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role (e.g., General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Resident Manager) within a luxury hotel.Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability in a previous leadership role.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Valid Food Handlers and Alcohol Service cards (or willingness to obtain immediately).Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
