Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes using PMS software
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate reservation records and payment processing
- Execute emergency procedures and safety protocols
- Train new team members on hospitality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years front desk or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Minnesota hospitality/serving permit
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis attractions and services
