Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and key distribution
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve complaints
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) for daily operations
- Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Rainmaker)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia tourism assets
