What You Will Do
As the face of our hotel, you will ensure our guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of service that our patrons expect.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry and billing.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, resolving inquiries or escalating complex issues to management.
- Manage the front desk operations during peak weekend hours with poise and professionalism.
- Assist with baggage handling, directions, and local recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Process payments and reconcile daily sales reports accurately.
- Address guest complaints or special requests with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of luggage.
