Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest registrations, payments, and room keys using our Property Management System.
- Guest Assistance: Answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services with a friendly demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints immediately and escalate complex issues to the management team.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a tidy and welcoming lobby area, assisting with luggage or directions as needed.
- Communication: Relay important messages to guests and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Attitude: A strong willingness to learn, be flexible, and work as part of a team.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable learning basic hotel software (training provided).
