Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized check-in/check-out services using Opera PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest room needs
- Upsell hotel amenities and local experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage VIP arrivals and special event logistics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn hotel systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Fluency in English; Spanish/French a plus
