Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera PMS system
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain immaculate front desk appearance
- Handle emergency procedures per hotel protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, PMS systems)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid CA driver's license if required for errands
