Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage reservations and room assignments with attention to detail
- Respond to guest inquiries about El Paso attractions and dining
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Handle emergency situations following established protocols
- Upsell room upgrades and hotel amenities
- Maintain accurate shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years customer service or hospitality experience
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Fluent English/Spanish bilingual skills preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
