Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas.
- Answer phone inquiries and respond to guest requests promptly via email or in-person.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure hotel standards are met.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict accuracy and security.
- Assist in special events and other hotel operations as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Ability to lift light to moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to hotel operations.
