Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet our high standards of excellence.
- Maintain cleanliness of linens, towels, and amenities, ensuring they are freshly laundered and properly stocked.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items, and report them immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols and regulations strictly.
- Organize and arrange furniture, décor, and supplies in guest rooms to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere is maintained.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to lift up to 20-25 lbs safely and repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
