As part of our night operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our property is immaculate for our guests arriving the following morning. We offer a competitive night shift differential and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Laundry Management: Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens and guest amenities according to strict protocols.
- Restocking: Maintain par levels by replenishing guest supplies, including toiletries, towels, and coffee.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and report on the supply status of cleaning chemicals and maintenance tools.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and emergency procedures.
- Customer Service: Respond to guest requests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere during your shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred, but training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot areas needing attention.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and consistency.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
