Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest room preparation
- Handle billing discrepancies and financial transactions accurately
- Maintain detailed logs of guest requests and operational incidents
- Perform nightly audits of reservation systems and cash handling procedures
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Basic proficiency with property management systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
