Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using our property management system
- Manage reservation inquiries, room assignments, and special guest requests
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to ensure seamless service
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct property tours and promote resort amenities and local attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 0-2 years customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic hotel software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
