Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with service recovery techniques
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Assist with valet services and bell operations during peak hours
- Perform daily front desk audits and report discrepancies to management
- Participate in cross-functional training for hotel operations
Qualifications
