Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and handle reservation requests with a polite and professional tone.
- Guest Services: Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless stay.
- Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including handling payments, processing folios, and maintaining accurate records.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces to uphold our high standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, but training is provided.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) are a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
