Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with genuine warmth and professionalism during check-in/check-out
- Managing reservations and room assignments efficiently using our property management system
- Handling guest inquiries about local attractions, dining, and transportation
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
