Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, checking them in and out with efficiency and a smile.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information regarding reservations, amenities, and local attractions.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the lobby and public areas are pristine.
- Assist with coordinating valet, bell services, and concierge requests to enhance the guest stay.
- Maintain a professional and organized front desk appearance, including inventory management of stationery and supplies.
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to update guest profiles and process payments accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality experience is a strong plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening and customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling guest needs.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be a reliable team player with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
