Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in registration and payments.
  • Guest Experience: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, making reservations, and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
  • Communication: Relay important messages, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff, and answer incoming phone calls professionally.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Availability: Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computers and property management systems (PMS).
