Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience using our modern property management systems.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate, friendly information regarding local San Diego attractions, dining options, and transportation to enhance the guest stay.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Operations Support: Assist with lobby management, room key distribution, and front desk operations to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Communication: Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to ensure rooms are ready for occupancy and guest needs are met.
Qualifications
