Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying identification and processing payments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby and common areas.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
- Assist with valet parking or bell services as needed during peak hours.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in the hospitality industry is required; we value potential and attitude.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
