Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor the hotel property using security cameras and access control systems to ensure guest safety.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local restaurants, attractions, and transportation in the Fresno area.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and manage the cash drawer according to company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use property management systems (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during night shifts.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
