Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and key distribution systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and maintain financial records
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail in all interactions
- Support hotel events and VIP guest experiences as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification a plus)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (training provided)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for airport runs)
