Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional check-in/check-out experiences for all guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing with precision
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Uphold brand standards while maintaining a clean, organized lobby area
- Assist with special event coordination and VIP guest services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification a plus)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
