Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using de-escalation techniques
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Maintain accurate records using property management systems
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Conduct property tours and promote hotel amenities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in fast-paced environment
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if required for property tours)
