Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional check-in/check-out services to hotel guests
- Manage reservations and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments accurately and maintain guest account records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Assist with special events and VIP guest arrangements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
