Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision Resolve guest concerns promptly using our 5-star service protocol
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) for all transactions
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local Milwaukee ambassador for guest recommendations
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or luxury customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of Milwaukee attractions and services
- Professional appearance and demeanor
