Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds with precision, ensuring linens are crisp and room amenities are fully stocked.
- Sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors, ensuring no spots remain.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors in all designated areas.
- Remove trash and replace linen bags as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management immediately.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; full training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to meet daily cleaning quotas.
- Reliable attendance and a professional, service-oriented work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
