Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for international and domestic guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests via our advanced PMS system
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to resolve guest issues
- Upsell premium services including spa packages, dining reservations, and city tours
- Maintain strict confidentiality of guest data and financial information
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; multilingual abilities a plus
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and willingness to learn proprietary software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail under pressure
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Valid NYC Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
