Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized guest service at check-in, check-out, and during all interactions
- Handle reservations, manage guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to resolve guest requests
- Uphold resort standards for cleanliness, safety, and brand presentation
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to update guest information and preferences
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems
- Positive attitude and passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
