Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Respond to guest inquiries with prompt, friendly service
- Manage room reservations and billing processes
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to guests
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
