Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping/FOB teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate appropriately
- Execute weekend event setup and breakdown for conferences/social gatherings
- Maintain lobby and common area standards per brand specifications
- Process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Weekend availability required (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Valid Wisconsin Food Handler/ServSafe certification
- Physical ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 30lbs
