Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at the front desk and throughout the property
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our proprietary systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Zero hospitality experience required—training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
